Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Where We Ship We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada:
- Standard Shipping — $13.00 CAD (estimated 7–20 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75.00 CAD
United States:
- Standard International — $7.90 CAD for orders up to 0.5 kg (estimated 10–25 business days)
- Standard International — $19.90 CAD for orders 0.5–1.5 kg
- Standard International — $29.90 CAD for orders over 1.5 kg
- Express International — $34.90 CAD for orders up to 1.5 kg (estimated 5–12 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.00 CAD
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
